A number of options are being explored for the Bolton West study area. Each one is based on a number of constants which include the natural heritage system, the plan developed for the Caledon Transit Station, existing major roads, the planned corridor for Highway 413 and the location of a planned long term care/health centre. The options illustrate variations for other roads, the location of mixed land uses and higher density residential areas, the location of low and medium density residential areas, the location for a major commercial centre and the location for a recreation centre/community park.
