Location: Humber River Centre, 28 Ann Street, Bolton
The open house will begin with a presentation followed by smaller group conversations.
The secondary plan project team will present the vision and principles that will guide the development of land use concepts for the Bolton West area. They will also share key directions from technical studies related to agriculture, archaeology, commercial impact, community services, land use compatibility and mitigation, functional servicing, housing, transportation and mobility.
The subwatershed study project team will be on-hand to provide information about the Bolton West Subwatershed Study.
Background
The Town has retained to help conduct a local subwatershed study and prepare the related secondary plan for the “Bolton West” area identified on the map below. Both projects are expected to be completed in early 2027. A progress update was provided in October 2025.
