October 8, 2025 – Public Information Session
Thank you to everyone who joined us on October 8, 2025. The handouts and display panels are available on the right-hand side of this webpage.
A summary of feedback and insights from all engagement activities will be included in the final Aggregate Standards Manual report.
Consultation-in-a-Box
Consultation-in-a-Box toolkits are available for pick-up at the Planning and Development Counter within Caledon Town Hall (6311 Old Church Rd, Caledon East, ON L7C 0H2). Each toolkit helps groups of 6–10 people discuss and provide written feedback related to the proposed Aggregate Standards Manual. Completed toolkits can be dropped off at Town Hall.
Next Steps
- The first draft of the Aggregate Standards Manual is currently being prepared.
- An open house will be held in Winter 2025 to review the draft.
- The Rehabilitation Master Plan and Excess Soil Study are also underway.
- Monthly status update memos are provided to the Planning and Development Committee.
Aggregate Standards Manual, Rehabilitation Master Plan and Excess Soil
The Town of Caledon is holding a public information session to discuss the Aggregate Standards Manual (“ASM”) on October 8, 2025. The purpose of this information session is to officially launch the project and gather feedback on the initiative and specific topic areas. The Rehabilitation Master Plan and Excess Soil projects will also be discussed.
It is an in-person event where the entire project team, including the topic area experts for the ASM, Rehabilitation Master Plan, and Excess Soil projects, will be in attendance to answer any questions.
