As the Future Caledon Official Plan is now in effect, it is time for the Town to conduct a review of the current Zoning By-law 2006-50, as amended, to bring forward a new modernized Comprehensive Zoning By-law that implements the Future Caledon Official Plan and responds to emerging market trends and planning practices.

To assist the Town in preparing a New Comprehensive Zoning By-law, the Town has retained Nethery Planning Services Inc.
