Town Wide Design Guidelines

The Town of Caledon is in the final stages of updating the Town Wide Design Guidelines and will be going to Council for final endorsement on March 18^th. Through Council endorsement, the updated TWDG will complement the new Official Plan and be used to direct development at all stages of the development approvals process.

The Town Wide Design Guidelines provides comprehensive design, landscape, and architectural solutions to support the creation of sustainable complete communities. This ambitious design framework will assist in developing new and existing communities that are built around health, safety, integration with nature, and compatible with the surrounding community character.
