Wray Park (Mayfield West Phase II Community Park) Project Updates

A new community park is coming to the Mayfield West Phase II community! The new park will be located at 1 Tweedhill Avenue and will feature:

  • Parking lot
  • Washroom building
  • Shade shelters
  • Seating areas
  • Splash pad
  • Junior and senior playground
  • Multi-use court
  • Skateboard park
  • Neighbourhood size cricket field
  • Park lighting
  • General landscaping and planting


Current Progress:

The park site is currently being pre- developed and serviced by the Developer through the Town’s Subdivision process to achieve established development conditions of the park site.

Next Steps:

The Town will be facilitating a procurement process for the construction of the park in Fall 2025. Construction of the park is anticipated to commence in Spring 2026, with completion by Fall 2026.
