Key Dates

The first budget meeting serves as a primer to identify the needs and pressures the Town faces in the coming fiscal year. 

Before the budget goes to the regular Council Meeting, Council will have an opportunity to debate and propose amendments to the budget, as well as the Fees and Charges By-law. Each year, the Town’s annual fees and charges are also updated as a part of the budget process. 

Recommended amendments to the 2026 Budget, from the November 18, 2025 Committee Meeting, go to Council for final approval.
