Help Shape the Future of Age-Friendly Caledon
In 2021, the Town of Caledon approved its Age-Friendly Action Plan— a 10-year, strategic roadmap to support older adults in aging well and aging in place. This Plan is built on the eight domains of focus identified by the World Health Organization, which guide communities globally in becoming more age friendly.
As we approach our five-year milestone, we’re checking in to see how we’re doing. Over the next year, we’ll be hosting community engagement opportunities, public information sessions, and offering a check-in survey to educate, inform, and gather your feedback on priorities for the next five years.
Your voice matters. Resident engagement is at the heart of any successful action plan. By sharing your experiences, needs, and ideas, you help ensure that programs, services, and policies truly reflect the realities of aging in Caledon. Your input guides the Town in making informed decisions that promote inclusion, accessibility, and well-being for all older adults.
The survey will take approximately 10 minutes to complete. A printable PDF version of this survey is available on caledon.ca/adult55 and can be dropped off or mailed to:
