We would like to hear from you. The Town is continuing work to improve traffic operations on Dovaston Gate to address illegal truck traffic and traffic volume.
In response to the concerns raised by some residents about illegal truck traffic using Dovaston Gate, the Town is looking to narrow the entrance at Albion Vaughan Road by widening the raised median, reducing curb radii, and installing three (3) speed humps (2 new locations and widening the existing one) along the road.
The recommendations follow industry design standards and per consultations with Emergency Services and Operations.
Please take the survey by December 20, 2022. The Town is looking to have the support of a minimum of 60 percent of the residents of the street to proceed with this solution. Please complete the survey at your earliest convenience and help us make an informed decision on traffic operations.
The survey is now closed - Thank you
